I went to Mr. Cancilla with the intention of only obtaining a pardon letter made for my wife. After hearing her story he was quick to determine that we had a case that would allow my wife to remain in the US to adjust status. Even after a few uscis agents I spoke to said it would not be possible. He also informed us of two other options available. Mr. cancilla was also honest in stating he did not perform miracles but that he did feel we had a strong case. He laid out a plan and let my wife and I know what we needed to do. Within a years time my wife had her permanent resident card. He was upfront with what is covered by his fees. His prices are reasonable, but like anything you usually get what you pay for. In this case we got more for our money. I would recommend this attorney to anyone with immigration issues. Even complex ones like ours.
