I worked with Inter Valley Escrow South Pasadena office during May-July 2015 for the sale of my home in Rock View, and they were awesome. Prompt response, and great customer service, going above and beyond. Laurie Garcia, assistant to my escrow officer, came by my home after work, as she lived nearby, to notarize some documents for me because I couldn't make their office hours due to my work schedule.
