Most of these reviews are for the store itself, I wanted to bring attention to the coldness i recieved while browsing in this particular store. I work in the are and on my lunch break decided to browse. A woman and her male assitant looked at me like they were bothered i was there. The woman, who may have been the store mgr. made eye contact 2x with no greeting. I would have settled for a smile. I was pretty disappointed in the welcoming i received. I work for a large telecommunications co on Colorado Blvd and when i got to my office i had to share my expeorience. Someone should maybe have a crash course in customer service for the staff at this location. I am sure i will return to H&M, but doubtfully it will be this location. The one star is purely for location!
