The best auto repair shop in town ! I have been a long standing customer of Fremont & Purdon. Steve and his team have had the opportunity to service my personal vehicles. It is a real pleasure to have an auto repair shop you can really trust, the work has always been performed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. This is a place I can really count on to take care of my vehicles and keep them running their best as Steve has always stressed "preventative maintenance" will help your vehicle beat the odds. F&P was a referral from a good friend who has been with them for several years. I am new in town and did not know who to trust. I took my car in and Steve from the second I walked in, till I picked up my car was wonderful, helpful, friendly and a charm. I would recommend anyone to them, they are great!

fremont and purdon was the worst auto exp. i have ever had.been going there for 2 yrs and its always the same thing.they never call me,i have to keep calling them.they never fix the problem,keep charging more to not fix the problem.or even worse,create new issues i never had. and then again wanting more money to fix a problem i never had and nobody there seems to know enough about the existing or newly created problem to logically explain the problem and solution. i have recently found out that the they charge dealer rates and use cheap parts.the owner rick has a really bad attitude and acts like he doesnt care about you or your car.i wouldnt waste you time with these guys

Not fixed right the first time as they claim in there ads.My work truck was there for almost 2 weeks.Nobody had a clue.Turned to be a blown fuse.Cost me $120 labor at the dealer $4.95 for fuse and $65 to have it towed from there shop plus many days off work.Fremont charged me $180 to not fix my truck and wouldnt even help me find a tow truck company to tow it to the dealer .When i said i was towing it out of there shop.After i already paid i was ignored Thanx guys p.s truck was only at the dealer for 6 hrs????

These guys are the full package. They took charge and handled all my concerns. They gave me ride to work and back. They found a problem which had been misdiagnosed by several other shops. What else can you ask for!
