The service was excellent, nice gentleman very professional and I felt no pain at all when he took my blood. No waiting, as soon as I came, took the blood and done. It took less than 5 minutes. They receive PPO insurance and cash (debit,credit card and cash with great discount). They also have Home Draw Service (visit to patient houses, assisted living facilities or homecare). The address is 960 East Green St. Suite L-9 (Lower Level number 9), Pasadena ,CA 91106; the cross street is Green street and Catalina; the entrance from Catalina, take the parking ticket and park- they can validate the parking or you can park on Green street between Mentor and Catalina. The entrance from Catalina, take the elevator down to Lower Level, go to the right all the way until you see the sign L-9 Foundation Laboratory. They open Monday to Friday from 7.30 AM to 5.00 PM, Saturday by appointment and weekdays after hours by appointment, very flexible-you can arrange to fit your schedule. I believe this is the only Clinical Laboratory that can fit our busy schedule. I can say they are creative positive thinker professional. I strongly recommend to anybody who looking for quality of the service.
