The pricing at the place I rented was very fair, but the office management staff was really disappointing. I don't get upset when I have to call several times or someone drops the ball on me once or twice, but when its every time it becomes very disappointing. The general culture of the office staff seems to be that they are busy or out to lunch and they will get back to you when they get a chance... only that never seems to happen and you have to hound and pester them for days at a time before you can talk to a decision maker, and this isn't just one employee that does this.



The biggest issue I had was safety. There isn't enough lighting in the bungalows I live in and there has been suspicious activity from time to time that really warranted immediate action. Police helicopters have been out shining lights on the property 3 times in the 2 years I lived there looking for people hidden in the darkness between the houses. When I called management to report a very serious problem it took three different calls from me over 4 separate days just to talk to the right person about it (and she wasn't out of town or anything) and when I finally got to talk to her no changes were made to improve the safety of the property I live on. My understanding is that there are already provisions for extra lights in between the houses and no electrical problems to stop the lights from going in yet they never went up. I gave notice to leave and have no idea if the improvements will be made to increase the safety of the property.



All I can say is that if you plan on renting here be prepared to have your patience tested if you need to communicate with the property management and make sure you find out how secured the property is so that you know what you need to do to protect yourself in case the worst happens. You don't want to know what it feels like when your property manager knows you walked in on someone trying to break into your house and doesn't bother responding to your calls or making much needed, affordable, easy safety improvements to help ensure you are protected, a matter made even worse given the fact that it continues to happen.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE CHEAP APARTMENTS B.C. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THIER TENANTS.



THE PROPERTIES ARE UGLY - GARDNERS BLOW CRAP ALL OVER YOUR CARS EACH WEEK. NO FLOWWERS, NO NOTHING.



THEY NEVER FIX THINGS - INSIDE OR OUT.



SECURITY GATE BROKEN FOR THE 3+ YRS I LIVED THERE.



DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS, THEY ARE NOT WELCOME.



THERE ARE MANY MANY MORE BEAUTIFUL WELCOMING APARTMENTS IN PASADEA FOR THE SAME PRICE - DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS DUMP OF AN APARTMENT OR COMPANY.



ARLENE, LOUSE AND RECEPTIONIST ARE THE MOST UNHELPFUL PEOPLE I'VE EVER MET !



THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A COMPANY WEBSITE NOR CAN YOU REACH THEM VIA EMAIL. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. MAKING IT IMPOSSILBLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. JUST THE WAY THEY WANT IT.
