After finding my former smog test shop closed mid-week I had to scramble and looked at maybe 10 conventient shops to get my car checked the same day. The proprietor Vick was very professional on the phone, got me out in about 15 minutes (didn't think that was possible), and charged me a resonable fee. This combination stood out so far above the others to where I came away very impressed.
