Founded in 1993, D Veal Family and Youth Services is a community-based agency that provides social services throughout Pasadena, Altadena and San Gabriel Valley in California. The agency develops and manages activity centers for youths at risk by providing several referral and comprehensive health care services, including gang and drug prevention, transportation, parent education, and computer and job training. D Veal Family and Youth Services also establishes and maintains local community service centers that provide multicultural services in a culturally sensitive manner and promote general welfare of the community. In addition, it provides job referrals for students who are excelling or soon going to be graduates from one of its programs.
