I'm not sure if this is the same Rosanna Hong, but I met with an agent of the same name also from Coldwell Banker a while ago when I was looking to purchase investment properties. This is before the market collapsed. I did not do business with her but felt she is NOT trustworthy and not knowledgeable. I received a card stating she's a " Certified Negotiator. " Someone from the Dept. Real Estate mentioned to me that title is unethical, and misleads customers.



Based on my interactions with her, and above posted review, I would stay away also. I'm glad I didn't do business with her and glad to see people posting experiences to warn others.

At all costs, don't do business with this office. More importantly, DO NOT do business with Rosanna Hong, one of their newly hired agents. She came from George Realty, Coldwell Banker of Arcadia. She has used deceit and fraud to close sales, never delivering on the promises she made before escrow closed. She is being investigated by the Department of Real Estate. She has used excuses, lies and sad stories to avoid keeping her word right after escrow closed.



Also, do not use Morrison Home Inspections. She would recommend them, but Rosanna Hong is also a signer on the bank account. Conflict of Interest, again, being investigated by Dept. of R.E.
