Founded in 1950, Chandler School offers classes from grades kindergarten though eight. The school enrolls more than 420 students and has more than 45 teachers. It provides a curriculum with thematic plans and activities, which is staff developed with input from faculty, parents and children and offers a cultural enrichment opportunity for children to explore and use their imagination. Chandler School s after school program gives children the chance to make choices to work alone, in small groups, or in large groups engaged in either active or quiet activities that are adult supervised. The school provides students an opportunity to participate in various sports, such as football, volleyball, track, golf, swimming and soccer. Its Summer @ Chandler Camp offers an extensive selection of educational and entertaining activities for children entering grades kindergarten through six.
