I scheduled a tow for my car but had to cancel. Called an hour before the scheduled appoint time to cancel but still got charged $59 fee.
They said driver was already on route and too late to cancel.

I just got my car towed by this company in Pasadena and let me tell you something about the tow driver and the live operators here in bn Pasadena towing.
