We are State Licensed & Certified real estate appraisers. History: All Star Appraisals was established by Gary Terzyan during a rapidly growing Real Estate era where scarce availability of qualified residential appraisers was a leading concern for industry professionals. The idea behind a career which involved both an office atmosphere and field work was an excellent drive into the trade. In 2001, Gary T. began his career by obtaining considerable levels of industry education and hands on training by three seasoned Real Estate Appraisers / Brokers. Since 2003, All Star Appraisals has been providing quality appraisals for various organizations and institutions. We look forward to the opportunity in serving you! About the owner: Gary Terzyan is a State certified real estate appraiser, consultant, business owner, husband and father. Additional certifications are with the Federal Housing Administration and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Gary retains the experience in appraising various types of real estate such as single family homes, condominiums and 2-4 unit income properties. Since 2003, Gary has been servicing broad communities of Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. Gary believes that not all appraisers are alike. The quality and credibility of appraisal reports are linked to the appraisers; investigative work, understanding of market forces, identification of market reaction, research and data analysis. Gary T. is committed to the appraisal profession and continuing education.
