We buried my mother Nov 2022 in the final plot my G-Grandparents purchased in 1939. The salesperson, Jennifer, was quite rude and almost threatening with regard to my father (who was cremated) being on the headstone. She does not have the skills or personality to be dealing with a grieving family. The office was dated and in sad condition but worse, the grounds crew with their equipment hovered in the back of our group while saying our good-byes. The only bright spot was Delores who was professional and understanding. I don't care if anything changes since I will never choose to bury anyone else there, but I feel for those that still have to deal with them.

Unimpressed on most counts since the change over. I just called to cancel an appointment that I have next week, and instead of taking the message, I was told the person I had the appointment with had to call me back, so we could reschedule. I told her I didn't want to reschedule, and gave her the time, date, and person's name I had the appointment with, as I don't have a lot of free time, and she said he will call me back. Really? I would appreciate better efficiency.

Worst cemetery in Maryland. My mother and grandparents were laid to rest in September 2014. To date, they have not provided the plaques that were purchased with the niches. The property administrator, Dolores Rockstroh, has been both rude and condescending to my family. I had to file a complaint with the Office of Cemetery Oversight. When she was advised that a complaint has been filed, she stated, "Then I don't need to call you back. I will answer to the complaint."



Please, please reconsider using this cemetery.
