Very professional home health care business. They have provided care for my child who is ventilator dependent for many years. I would recommend them to any parent of a child with complex medical care needs

This is a very good nursing agency where patient care is paramount to the heart of nurses and administrator. They attend holistic to patient care and respond to nurses' complaints aggressively in a way to make patient's life comfortable.

I have worked as a discharge planner at a local hospital for several years, and spend 40+ hours per week placing home care referrals with local agencies. The hospital recently removed this agency from the list of agencies we refer patients to. Within 1 week, Community Care accepted 2 referrals (spoke with Gilbert to verify acceptance); Community Care failed to contact or perform visits for either of these patients, nor did they inform the hospital that they would not see patients. While investigating, I contact Community Care several times, and never received a return call from Gilbert or Nicole (the administrator). Highly unreliable agency. Will never use again.
