Bryan is a certified executive chef from the American Culinary Federation, and graduate of Johnson and Wales.  He's had the honor of working under Michel Richard at the famous Citronelle restaurant in Washington DC and as a guest chef at the James Beard House in NYC.  With years of experience in Baltimore's hospitality community including executive chef positions at Oriole Park at Camden Yards and Harbor Magic Hotels to name a few, he shares his catering experience and love of local flavors and dishes with you for your next event!
Inspired with his time spent with Boog Powell at Camden Yards, Bryan especially loves barbecue and is available for mobile bbq catering with a full smoker to serve groups small and large pit beef, turkey and pulled pork barbecue seasoned and smoked to perfection.
