This place was ok until my kids dentist appointment. I had called on Tuesday May 5th and stated that my kids had an appointment on Wednesday and needed to know what time they were. When I showed up today the lady tells me that the appointment was yesterday and they can not reschedule. When I asked why she tells me that if you do not show up for 1 appointment they drop you. My question to her was why they did not tell me yesterday that my appointment was then and not today. The lady at the desk today was RUDE and needs to check her facts. Even the card they sent in the mail said the appointment was today. If you want a good dentist go to Roush right down the street. Way better than this place!

The staff at this dental office makes you feel like you are one of the family. They are always laughing and joking and seem like they truly enjoy what they are doing for their patients.

Dr. Dunn and his staff are very caring. What a top notch dental office. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable. Who knew the dentist could be an enjoyable experience.
