In response to the previous review: After a thorough inspection of the furnace our technician found an eyelet in the blower cavity. Loose or missing eyelets on a heat exchanger fails any responsible technicians inspection. This means that Carbon Monoxide can potentially leak into the house causing illness or death.Please get a third or fourth opinion to protect your family, because that heat exchanger is 100 failed. Try companies who have qualified Nate certified technicians, all of our techs are Nate certified(www.NATEX.ORG recommended by Consumer Reports, EnergyStar, all manufacturers, etc.). Our prices are very competitive and are lower than some and higher than others. We have an excellent reputation for quality and customer service with fair pricing. We may be higher than some businesses who do not have employees, an actual business location, customer service department, excellent warranties, proper insurance, etc.. We have thousands of happy customers who agree.

Our furnace ignitor stopped working, so I called this company out to fix it. After half an hour working on the furnace, the guy showed me a little metal ring and told me that it had fallen off the furnace... indicating that our heat exchanger was cracked. Our furnace is only 8 years old. Assuming warranty would cover the new exchanger, he wanted to charge me almost $1200 to install. I later discovered that $500-$600 is the going rate for this work.######So, I got a second opinion from a company called Viking. Surprise, surprise... there was nothing wrong with the heat exchanger. Plus, Viking quoted less than 1/4 the price for a new ignitor.######This was my experience. Therefore, I will not use this company again.
