My one star rating is way to generous for the service we have received from Granelli's Pizza in Parker. We have ordered Pizza countless times from them and will NEVER order from them again. We were told our delivery time would be 45 to 60 minutes. When an hour and twenty three minutes passed, we called to inquire on our delivery and when I asked on being comped for the inconvenience I was told I would have to speak to the owner. When I spoke to the owner (Pam) she was absolutely the rudest person I spoke to and told me that we didn't order our pizza an hour and twenty five minutes earlier. When I got off the phone and discussed with husband we decided to cancel our order and go some where else. We respectfully called back to let them know and Pam was again very rude and stated sarcastically that we were only 10% of their target demographic. NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS.

My family and I had lunch at Granelli's today and had hot dogs and pizza. I realize it is a different combination of food but it's what we were in the mood for. The woman doing everything was the sole positive from our trip and I know we will never be in the mood for Granelli's ever again. The hot dogs were average at best but no where near the "special" price of 2 dogs, chips, and soda for $7. Then there is the so called pizza, I would call it dressed up frozen cardboard. Seriously, I have had better frozen pizza from King Soopers. Plus I thought this was a Chicago eatery, where is the staple deep dish pie? Needless to say I will never frequent Granelli's ever again and I hope everyone that sees this takes my advise and avoids the disappointment I experienced.

Best pizza in town. Has the last reviewer ever ordered pizza before? Toppings are always extra unless it is a combination pizza that has a set price. Granellis is going to my pizza place for life. Great food and staff.

The manager is a horrible person. My husband ordered a pizza and asked how many toppings come with it the waitress said as many as you want. Then we get our bill we were charged $6 for toppings the manager said she would take two toppings off when we asked to speak to her she was so rude. Asking if we had ever ordered pizza before. She wouldn't let us speak finally we said fine we will pay the bill and NEVER come back, she said "That's fine because if you are too STUPID to know how to order pizza I don't want your business" The pizza was not chicago style either, maybe she should go and try it before she says her place is chicago style.
