Avoid like the plague!

Court appointed attorney that leaked protected information to the adverse party. Gave me constant bad advice or stayed texting on their phone during court proceedings. No return calls for six weeks. Court filings are made, hearing dates set, attorney never returns calls.



Files for things on my behalf in the wrong court. Has to go and correct things with the court after I find out a hearing is in the wrong place with the wrong judge - thanks to this attorney.



When pointing out about this person's failures, they just ask if you want them to withdraw. A total perp here, and fully in the pocket of the state.
