My husband and I chose to purchase my engagement ring from this store, and we have been paying for this decision for almost 2 yrs now.When the ring was sized diamonds started falling out. The store associate said I ruined the ring. They promised us lifetime warranty and multiple locations, of which neither exist. They wanted me to pay for the diamonds that were lost due to the sizing as well as shipping to get the ring fixed.Here is it almost 2 yrs later and I have to get the back of the ring replaced because they stretched the ring so thin when they sized it and the back was about to break. I am so upset. I wanted to keep this ring for the rest of my life but there are so many bad memories attached to it now that I don't care if I ever see it again. THe employees were so rude and the owner yelled at me for being upset that the diamonds were falling out and I didn't think I should have to pay for them to be replaced. Ahhh...It is worth a little more $ to buy from a "real" jewelry store.
