Nothing was explained. We tried calling numerous times and did not receive any return call. They should have at least explained what things mean and at a minimum have returned our calls. Was not what we expected unfortunately.

We were not happy at all with the service. We should have checked more carefully before making an appointment. Not happy at all with the process. Nothing was explained and it seemed rushed.
