I have found them to be helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The owner once came out to a friend's house and found that it was just a switch. He turned it on and didn't charge her a thing. Another company did that for me and charged me $50 though it took him 3 seconds.

I called to get a disposal fixed and these guys gave me over the phone advice. They were very helpful and I was able to fix my disposal on my own with the suggestion they gave me. I called them again for a water heater replacement and thier price was a bit steep, but only because these guys pull permits which is required by law, but many companies don't do to save money. I would use them again. great service.

I called in to get a quote for a replacement of a Heating Element (2) for a hot water heater. I was quoted $275 which is over $100 more than 5 other places I called. I'd probably steer clear of these guys.
