I realized the exchange consignment was a poor excuse for a store as soon as I saw the “customer service” that was given there. The little red headed beast behind the counter has some serious attitude towards anyone and everyone. And my husband seemed to have an awful experience with the owner as well. The store was cute and clothing was as well, but that’s about THE ONLY thing this thrift store has going for it. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to this store if you have any love towards yourself. The people there are rude, snobby, judgey, and have gigantic attitudes. Look on yelp, google, or anywhere else where a review is left and you’ll get the same reaction. Speaks volumes when you have the same problem from EVERYONE.

Tressa and her staff, worked fast, efficient, and impressively cost affective to sell our furniture from the home we purchased and redecorated with warmth and style in no time.

Tressa was so great to work with, I went to here and told her my taste in decorating and explained I had a dog and grand kids. I didn't think in a million years she could pull it off, but she did it!!! When I walked into my home and seen she had decorated it perfectly, exactly how I had described and it works perfect with my dog and my grand kkids I could not have been any happier. If you are looking for someone to take on your biggest challenge and make it perfect, I would strongly suggest Tressa!!

Being so far away it was not always easy for us to make decisions or give directions, but Tressa set us at ease, kept us informed and in the end gave us just what we wanted to make us feel right at home when we arrived at our new home. I was just amazed that between the previous owners leaving and us arriving Tressa was able to arrange cleaners, movers and then set the furniture, dishes, and make the beds so we’d have a place to sleep. Tressa accomplished a whirlwind of activity with ease. It was a pleasure to meet and work with her.

Tressa was able to meet me at her furniture consignment warehouse in Park City within 20 minutes of my phone call. The warehouse was really fun and filled with lots of treasures. When I mentioned I recently purchased a new condo in the area filled with previously owned furniture she offered to come over to see if she could sell the existing furniture. I had a short amount of time to get my place furnished because I had to go back home. The next thing I know my condo was rented and I got a great feedback on how warm and cozy it was. Thank you Tressa!!

I have purchased a new home in Park City and found this lady - Tressa - on the internet.



She runs her consignment business out of a holding area in an underground parking garage. I don't have an issue with that, but I do with her pushy sales tactics.



As these things go I did change my mind several times regarding certain purchases as what I wanted in each room became more clear. She expressed annoyance with this which is really what has made me stop any further contact.



When she does get you down into this parking garage it's all about sell, sell, sell. Not what best for you or what you need, just what she can push on you. At least that's how I felt.



Maybe she was just absentminded, but in short I would not recommend contacting her to buy furniture.



There are two other consignment places in town that have a normal shop. Pebbles and Twigs gives you five days to return an item - not so at Tressa's. Once you buy it you own it.
