I HAVE told my best friend and everyone I know about how much I love Dr. Carl Pryor and his staff at Park City Animal Clinic. From the first day of going into the clinic in January 2012 to the day of this review, I cannot begin to adequately express how caring Dr. Pryor and his staff are. I have used this vet's personal cell phone number on a Sunday at 8:00 a.m. and reached him, I have always received follow up calls, there has never been a time that I feel I was used or overcharged and I left a vet in Las Vegas, Nevada that was rated the BEST vet in the city who cared for my five year old dachsund, Marshall for over three years, who never detected a heart murmur that Dr. Pryor found in his first exam. If you need a vet, if you need someone who understands that our pets, no matter how big or small, have a place in your heart and family, then Park City Animal Clinic is the place for your pet and you!!

I wish it was posible to do 100 star review about Dr. Pryor and his staff. I moved to Park City from Las Vegas, Nevada six months ago. I have a herd of dogs that range from the 18 month old dachshunds to a 12 year old sheltie. When I was in Las Vegas, I supposedly had the BEST vet. Well the BEST vet missed a heart murmur on my one doxie that Dr. Pryor found in one swoop; I was able to call Dr. Pryor directly on his cell on a Sunday at 8:00 a.m. when my doxie Max was crying, not eating and in pain. Dr. Pryor offered to come into the clinic (on the day it was closed) if I felt it necessary. He and his entire staff are remarkable. They are warm, caring and so committed to caring for your pet. They are extremely reasonable considering the prices in Park City (a ski resort) and I am blessed to have the PCAC as my dog's care providers. Can't say enough -- you won't be sorry! (Note of caution: Eddie the cat is beautiful, but has taken boxing lessons -- watch out!).

I love my pet way too much to ever return to the Park City Animal Clinic! I brought my 2 year old dog in very concerned. She was shaking, throwing up and very weak. Dr. West diagnosed her as having a possible sore back. Fortunately I got another opinion the following day from a different clinic. My dog was experiencing severe dehydration due to an Addison's Disease crisis, not a sore back. If I would have just trusted this vet's diagnosis, my 2 year old puppy would have died! Need I say more?I left several messages today to have Dr. West call me today prior to posting this review. I was told by the office manager that she would not be returning my calls and, "To do what ever it is I needed to do". It is unclear if the very impolite office manager ever even gave Dr. West my messages or not. Very disappointed to say the least!

I have found the DRs, to be the most carring and compasioniate Vets around. I will travel from Salt Lake City to Park City, just to have them take care of my pets.
