I have recently moved in to the Monterey apartments and have had nothing but negative experiences so far. They forgot to add on the $30 a month pet fee that I am supposed to pay. When I called to pay the fee they told me that I could not pay over the phone and if I did not pay by 5pm that business day with a "cashier's check" I would garner a $75 late fee. I told them I could pay after I'm off, but I don't get off until 5pm. They said sorry but that's too late and you will be charged the late fee. They have increased the prices on fees two times in the three months I have lived here!



Take my advice and do NOT rent from these people!
