Excellent Service!! My mother was visiting from Los Angeles and her Lincoln Navigator started making an odd sound, ended up needing new engine, they provided excellent pricing, and went above and beyond to provide the highest standard and quality care. I highly recommend Mercer Automotive for all my car repairs as well as state inspections.

Great experience with Mercer. I needed an oil change and front discs cut in a hurry on my way through Park City up to Idaho. Vanessa and Jacob rose to the occasion and made it all happen by 1pm the Friday I dropped my car off, squeezing me in to their busy shop schedule. Brakes are silky smooth now! And great value, too. I had to have my car towed today. Triple A took it to Mercer Automotive. I had never been there and went in not feeling very happy. I was promptly assisted by Jake who who got right to work on my problem. He went above and beyond to help me, madeseveral calls to see if my car was still under warranty and even called several dealer ships. The most amazing thing was that my car could not be repaired by Mercer yet Jake took the time to find help for me and arranged it and even let me leave my car there although he had nothing to gain. Jake Boren went the extra mile to give the best customer service I have had in years. I wish I could steal him away from Mercer and have him run my business !

Was having issues with my car and they gladly checked why my check engine light was on free of charge. No issues with their service and they let me leave my car there while I waited for help.

I have used Mercer on four occasions. My experiences always exceeded my expectations. On the last occasion, I had received a $500 quote from another repair shop. Mercer put my SUV inspected the car and said they could take care of the problem and did not even charge me. Wow!

Been taking our cars to Mercer since we moved to Park City 2 years ago... honest and willing to make anything that is not right, fixed to our satisfaction. Jake the Manager is service oriented and a straight shooter

I would have been better off burning my money for warmth. Paid them and realized they had done nothing, tire still leaks badly.

I was broke down in hwy 40, no clue about a shop park city. call towing company they suggest MERCER my first impresion was who???



but having no to many choises i accept. we start to drive to old town in pc. i think $$$$$$ money money bye bye.



good people,nice guys in front desk AAA aprove mechanics fix my car in no time for less than $ 100.00 i can't belive my good luck.
