As the manager of 13+ tractors, the personnel at Wichita KW are by far the best I have ever dealt with. The mechanics go beyond explaining what they are doing and why and the service department is amazing. Hats-off to Duane Shantz and Heather Johnson for their customer service. They are one of the many reason we are a returning customer.

My 8+ years of experience with Wichita Kenworth has been exceptional. The service is fast and the techs and managers are very helpful.

These people are awful bad communication skills used truck manager is unprofessional sold us a truck with major problems and claimed not to know. Very poor service and way over priced.

Slow and disorganized. Major lack of communication between mechanics, office and clients. Took 4 1/2 hours for truck service then left driver sitting in lounge for another 2 hours after service was done!
