Worst experience of all time ! Gnus place is unprofessional - they made me wait 3 hours in the waiting room - along with several other patients some with sick children - I felt terrible for them - 1 man got up and walked out and 2 people started yelling about their wait time. They need to shut this place down.

This place is a joke. It takes to long to see a Dr. I have been here sense 1:30 and it is now 4:39 and haven't seen a dr. And I want to walk but my son has to see a Dr today. Lord please

I saw Mary Beth with my high blood pressure. She was fast and very nice. They did blood work to test me for diabetes and for high cholesterol. I had the results back the same day. The clinic is clean and professional. A++++

I have always had great treatment at this clinic from the front to the back. The provider there is always caring and you can tell how concerned she is. I advise all my family and friends to visit Tri County Family Medicine when they are not feeling well. They will get the attention they deserve if they do.

I love this clinic. It is always busy, but they always take time to work me in. It is much faster than Henry Co. Medical Center ER and the staff are friendly and amazing to work with. Mary Beth is the nurse practitioner I see there and she always listens to me and get me better quickly.

This place is awesome for kids and adults. They took care of my sinus infection and also treated my children as well. Mary Beth Parks is my nurse practitioner there. She is quick and really helps us to feel better.

WARNING,WARNING! I was shocked to see this place got 4 stars. The staff and nurses there are unbelievable, For one the stuff act like they haven't a clue what's going on they keep you on hold anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes long just to get back on the phone with you and say "we will have to call you back with that" and Never call you back. As for the nurses there I have watched them wipe their noses with their sleeve, when they call for you they whisper your name, they had never call this patient ,who was only trying to get her child x-ray results and had been waiting over a week. I couldn't believe they asked did you have them done here and then said we will have to get back with you. After hanging up the phone with her I watched the nurse and she said that women is crazy. When she seen my door was opened she walked over and shut my door. I my self have had test done the nurse smelled she and told me that she is normally not at this one then she was telling me she did not get all the blood she needed but finger something.Now it has been over a week and my test result are still not back yet or are they ???? the nurse asked me if I had them done there and I said yes and then she said we have been having a lot of trouble with losing test result My mouth hit the floor again unbelievable! And there patient rooms are nasty gum on the ceiling a dead cockroach in the floor that does it for me. The only one I will give a star to is Parks!

This is a great addition to Henry Co. We sure needed a place that was open that always takes walk-ins. I bring my family here to see Teresa and she is great with me and my kids. They always take the time to see us whenever we are sick. Teresa also makes sure I always get my preventative care to keep me healthy. Love, love, love this place.

I saw Dr. Williams last week with my child. He was great with me and great with children. This clinic is why I love family practices. One doctor for me and my kids saves time.
