Adopted a loving little kitten on August 5th 2016. Within a month he had died due to a blood parasite that he had contracted when in the shelter(vet proved this by how advanced it was in his body). I spent thousands trying to keep him alive. He died only a few days after having him for a month. Have called and called no one wants to talk even though this blood parasite is highly contagious through fleas. No one cares. Petsmart showed more compassion and love than this place. Do not adopt from here. Go elsewhere.

Good intentions have unfortunately turned into fanaticism with the director, Robin. She refused to return our STOLEN (we have witnesses Kelli McCord of Winchester) dog even after we proved ownership and that we take good care of him. She even tried to fix him against our will, stating he belonged to her because it had been 5 days. This is America lady! KY law trumps your fascist policies.
