My husband bought me a pair of boots for Xmas that I needed to exchange the size. Because of the horrible customer service at this store I returned them and got my money back!!! 3 girls working and no one cared to help me! The first girl was helping UPS and said she would be with me when she was finished. The second girl was just standing there and when I asked her for help she sent me to another woman who had a major attitude and she sent me to the original woman who was now on the phone and finished with UPS. When I told her that I would now like to return the boots because nobody had the time to help me she stated that she could now help me. I started laughing and told her it was a little too late for her help!! Will never shop in this store again!!! I went across the way and bought boots from a very pleasant and helpful sales woman!!! I sure hope these girls at Aldo's work on commission because I spent more money on the boots I bought across the way than I did at Aldo's!!!!!!

Garden State's Aldo has TERRIBLE customer service, i totally recommend the paramus park staff over them
