I was able to get a Sunday appointment on Sunday for an eye exam. My daughter's contacts were running out and her vision of was blurry. A follow up appointment a week later was quick and Marge was so patient when contacting two insurance providers. My husband's insurance had changed from Spectera to VSP. Marge called one, then the other to ensure that if insurance was available it was used. When I apologized for not knowing which one his company used she was gracious. It was nice getting excellent customer service from both the eye doctor and the billing assistant.
