My Dodge Charger was sitting in my driveway for almost 2 years while I saved enough to replace the engine. I was very nervous about towing it to a shop and their estimate would be too expensive as I was on a limited budget.

Trinity treated me like gold and made sure I was aware of every option. She quoted price estimates but let me know that nothing was definite until they were able to look at it. So.. the estimates were well below other shops and Berzina came highly recommended so I committed.

The engine was replaced in a timely manner and was on par with the quoted price. They found the oil pan broken after replacement and covered the entire cost of replacement without question because they were unsure if they broke it or if it was broken previously. This is something that won me over as plenty of shops would add that cost to your bill anyways.

They also replaced one tire with a used one as asked. Once we found out that another tire needed to be replaced as well, they refunded the original used tire cost and gave me a deal on the new set.

My experience with Berzina was nothing short of amazing. I ended up totaling the car 6 days later. Berzina did everything they could to help get an increased value and called to follow up multiple times. I’ve felt like family from the moment I talked to Trinity on the phone until now. I will never take a care to another shop unless I’m hundreds of miles away. They’ve earned a lifelong customer and I’ve recommended them to everybody that has told me they need auto repairs done. They are professionals at not only fixing cars but also making you feel welcome and appreciated.

We have been taking our vehicles here for years. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The other day Joey went out his way to replace my dead truck battery when I was in a pinch. I have always recommended Brezinas and will continue to bring vehicles there.

I don’t trust anyone else with my car! The staff is friendly and honest. The pricing is very reasonable and they won’t sell you something you don’t need. I highly recommend this shop!!

I brought a car to Brezina after inheriting it and having it inspected at another shop who quoted me 1800 to fix a variety of issues. So I brought it to joe for a second opinion. He explained that there were a few tires that should be replaced but that the other issues could wait and stated that it look like it is going to be a good car and that the engine was recently rebuilt and whoever did the work did a good job only they didn’t clean some oil of the bottom of the engine so he cleaned it. The other shop wanted me to pay 75 dollars to find an oil leak joe wiped off and proved wasn’t leaking. He never tries to upsell and always explains why the work needs to be done. I have also had repairs done there and while they were preforming the work they noticed another problem and fixed it for me. Thanks for taking care of my 3 cars for the last 10 yrs. you’re the best guys

I would recommend to everybody to take their vehicle someplace else I've had multiple bad encounters with this place. I have taken my vehicle in 3 times all for oil leaks and each time it's a leak in a different area that cost even more than the first time. Seems like they're trying to keep themselves in business

Worst experience we've had at a mechanic. We took our van in to get the AC fixed. After 4 days in the shop, they quoted us $300 to fix. When we got it back, the AC still didn't work. We took back in and they said they fixed one bad hose, but missed the back leak which would cost us an addition $850. We said no thank you, with no refund of the original money paid to have it fixed. We took to another mechanic and got everything fixed with a recharge at $500. Don't let them take your money!

Most honest shop I have ever dealt with. Takes the time to answer any questions you may have on repairs. The week or so you may have to wait to be seen is well worth the time and money you will save by going someplace else.

maybe you are thinking of a different shop? we have never done rear wheel cyls on a hyundai EVER. we offer a 1 yr 12k mile warranty on all our repairs NATIONWIDE. If we were told about a problem we always have and always will work our hardest to figure out the problem.
