I have been going here for about 3 years and have always been satisfied. But, Today I was really let down due to the customer service on the phone, to schedule an appointment. The gentleman (whom I can't say was a gentleman!) I spoke with was very "cocky" in his replies...making me feel very dumb. I could not think of the kind of card we use for my eye care (flex benefits) and said it was insurance (which its not) but he was very quick and demeaning with his responses, when I got confused and said the wrong thing. I tried to be kind. But at the end I had, had enough and told him he did not need to be cocky to me and I will take my business elsewhere, and hung up. I rarely do this but was very shocked the way he treated me. If I had his name I would call the manager and still might try to do that. Otherwise the eye Dr. was great there and normally everyone else pleasant. It's too bad that the main person a customer first speaks with is this very inconsiderate employee! I'm now on the hunt for a new place!
