Provided by YP.comWe have used Discount Hitch and Trailer fro the past 12 years and have found them to be good to work with until this week. After having a hitch installed on our Wrangler Jeep they convinced us to purchase a Tow dolly. It is unusable!!! Jeeps can not be towed!!! Their lack of customer service and knowledge has bee disappointing, frustrating and expensive since they REFUSE to refund us for this item. We have only had the dolly for 1 day when we became informed that it was unusable. DHT are unacceptable in Customer Service !!! Will Never used them again and will not refer
We offered a tow bar system for this application but Mr. Corwin chose the tow dolly as it was less expensive. Our invoice says no refunds or exchanges on special orders, Mr. Corwin had us specail order him this tow dolly that he picked out. It appears that he used the tow dolly for a trip to Colorado, after he returned from this trip he requested a refund. We offered to apply the cost of tow dolly towards the tow bar system which he refused. Mr. Corwin put a stop payment on his credit card and kept the tow dolly. Discount Hitch is out of the cost of the special order tow dolly and is considering legal action to protect our interest.

Provided by YP.comWas shopping around online matching prices for a hitch and called around to a few places. When I called Discount Hitch they had the lowest prices, even on the internet! I decided to order it online because it is free shipping over 100 dollars!! I didnt even have to drive anywhere and it got to my home the next day!
