The husband gave me and my girlfriends a surprise group spa package. When my husband called up to the salon, he gave the lady our last name to confirm our appointments, she reassured us that we were all set and that they were all prepared to have us come in. During the services we all thought it was odd that they were short handed, my husband booked this appointment weeks in advanced. As we were gathering our belongings one of the workers approached us to ask who would be paying. I was confused, my husband had already paid for it in advance. We had an appointment at the Serenity Spa at The Marriott Resort! We felt she lied to get us in her salon. Had the services provided were up to par we would've been ok with the situation. They were rude and would skip us at random to work on other customers. I would not recommend this "spa"!
