My storeroom was fine, did not have any problems with bugs or rats, 24 hour access to storeroom also good. Just two weird things I didn't like, the dumpster was always locked and not even a regular trash can to throw trash in. When I vacated I worked every day for 3 weeks to get my stuff, a little at a time after work everyday and you have to pass by the office and their pawn shop to enter and leave, they must have seen me, but when I asked for my deposit back they said I didn't tell them a week in advance, no I didn't but I left it clean. I guess it said that in the paperwork but I didn't see it. I guess friendliness and courtesy are gone these days, a simple, "HI, Hey, are you moving out?" wasn't even possible.

Both the units and the grounds are kept clean. We have been using the facility for over a year, and have two units in different parts of the facility. We check on our stuff about every two months. We were told in advance to put rodent bait in the perimeter. The owners keep the outside clean but they have no control over what people put into their units. We have seen no evidence of rodents and there is no missing bait.

We use this company for 1 year and it is the worst people I have ever met. When we went to move our things out of the storage our brand new couches had been eaten by rats, the one we thought we could save we took to our brand new house were we found rats in it after we moved it in. The ones we couldn't save had been pooped all over and holes were dug in the cushins. When the business was informed by me about this they said " well there is nothing we can do about that, you signed a lease " but the way I look at it is right is right. They could have told us to treat our own units and we would have had no problem with that, I would have rathered do that than have all my things taken over by rats. They NEVER offered and help to us or gave any of our money back and we pay them over $200 a month for both units. After this happened we were informed that 3 other people we know had the same problem. I am saying this so no one has to go threw this to. Money does not grow on trees.
