Pretty awful. We walked in, approached the window to sign in. My wife said good morning, she received a look. No acknowledgement that we were even there, let alone that we were humans. Their conversation must have been more important. No, "thank you, we will be with you shortly", nothing. So we are sitting here guessing.

About 4 more clients walked in, another dude said good morning. They stared at him.

Eventually they started barking at the consumers in here.

Frankly, cut your own skin, collect your blood, you are better off. Att least then you can feel like you matter. Because you don't to this place.

My wife's only positive experience was the phlebotomist who drew her blood. She had a great personality. She also treated her as a human unlike the front desk employees.
