Went to John Lee Nissan yesterday after going to few other places looking for a new SUV for my wife. Was not really planning on buying anything but after walking the lot Patrick Colbert was able to show us a used Nissan Pathfinder that she fell in love with. Before we knew it thanks to Pat we drove away in her new car and have been incredibly happy. Great staff and service. Will definitely return and suggest John lee to my friends!!!!

I have had 2 bad experiences with this company. I brought my 97 Toyota Corolla in to this company and asked for my starter to be changed and for them to do a 5 point inspections. The man I spoke with was Sean Manley. He told me it would cost $105.00 for the inspection. Brought the car in on Wednesday. He called me on Thursday told me the starter part was $140.00 and that it would cost $230.00 to put it in and that i would have to pay an extra $105.00 to restart the 5 point inspections even though my husband had already told them about the starter before we brought it in.. They charge $105.00 an hour to work on your car. So I said fine that works. He calls me Fridays tell me my car needs a battery and that it would cost $140.00 for a battery, told him I would buy my own battery because it is cheaper he said that ALL batteries now are well over $120.00, he lied, found one for $70.00 brand new. But I said okay fine put the battery. I then call him Friday around 3PM he told me my car would be ready by 12PM on Saturday. Call him Saturday around 12:00 He tells that his mechanic left yesterday(Friday) at 3PM. (but on Friday he told me his mechanic was fixing it. why couldnt he call me and tell me that his mechanic left and that it would be an extra day?) So, I say fine when will my car be ready he said Monday. Well then he tells me that my CV Axle or Trans Axle is messed up. and that my car is unable to run, when i brought my car in there it could run. I tell him that i would rather come get my car and fix it my self i'll even tow it. Then we get in a spit spat and he tells me and i quote " I don't even know why you brought your car in here, I didn't know anything about the 5 point inspection till i talked to you because all your husband told me was that he wanted his starter fix, why couldn't ya'll just come in here and say that you needed your starter changed. " He LIED. he knew what I wanted. All i wanted was him to fix my starter and give my a list from the 5 point inspection. and send me on my way. NEVER EVER EVER USE JOHN LEE NISSAN/MAZDA FOR THEIR MECHANIC!

I have been having my Altima serviced here since 2006. Everybody I have dealt with has been very nice. I am in and out quickly. And I have learned from experience that they do not try to sell you a service that you do not need. I would recommend this service center to anybody for any make of vehicle.

I had the best experience in buying a new car in years when I went to John Lee Nissan and got my new Nissan Altma, Great car at A great price. I'll do it again when I need another car, but it looks like it may be a long time because this Altma is built very well.

If you are looking into purchasing a new or used car I suggest that you go to John Lee Nissan. Not only do you get a lifetime warranty but my experience with every person there was remarkable. I had dealt with 2 other dealerships and constantly had to deal with being money walking in the door instead of a valued customer. They just wanted to get me in a car whether I liked it or not! I was very frustrated and when I arrived at Nissan the first day my salesman Stuart dealt with me for 3 hours!!! He was excellent and helped me through my 3 day adventure of finding the perfect car for me. We looked at every single Altima on the lot to find the perfect one. Blair was a blessing when it came to getting the car I wanted within my payment range. I appreciate all the help and time that they all put into making me happy. I will always recommend John Lee to anyone I know that is looking to buy a car because you are not just money walking in you are a valued customer.
