After working for a few service companies I have found other technicians of these service companies are told to find enough things wrong to “add on” and cover the TRUE cost of their service and turn a minor repair into a major bill that’s not me, so I started Goolsby Services. At Goolsby Services, I do not sell new equipment or units; this would present a major conflict of interest that could turn a minor repair into a sales pitch to sell you a new unit. I know as I use to work for one of these companies. Though I do have equipment available should the need arises, but that is not my primary goal. My approach is to offer fair pricing “up front” that will cover the TRUE cost of the service I provide. This allows me to offer fair and honest service, which I believe will lead to your repeat business.
