I have been with this lawn service for around 3 years. They started off doing an excellent job on my lawn the first year. The second year, their service started to deteriorate. Instead of using a lawn mower in my back yard to mow the grass, they were using a weed eater. I had asked to be mowed in the morning. Some weeks they wouldn't show up until the afternoon and other weeks they didn't show up at all. I would ask for our palm tree to be trimmed and they would just ignore my request. They do subpar work and are very unreliable.
