Provided by YP.comCulligan water in Panama City's service is TERRIBLE !! I have had a water cooler in my apartment for a year and a half. IT DOESN"T WORK!! It quit working a long time ago. They only showed up to deliver water to me TWICE in that whole time, yet they send me a bill every month! Every time I call I get talked to rudely. DON"T DEAL WITH THEM! Their service is non-existent.
