The customer who gave this bad review is giving false and misleading information. His condo flooded along with 6 others. The other owners are very happy and have paid . Ironically he does not want to pay and has threatened our company with bad reviews if he has to pay his bill. We were hired by the HOA who is very happy with our work. We also can provide 20 or more property managers or owners who are satisfied with our work. This owner mislead our technician asking about a quote over the phone. His description of another unit with issues were not even close in areas affected in his original unit.. That's is why there was a difference in quoted price. Also he had damage to his books from water intrusion . When you have a water loss you will have some damage. We dried/saved his walls, cabinets, and carpet with no damage. So books that are damaged extremely minor damage we have no control of. His tile was buckled when we entered his condo. There is a building issue throughout the condo and offices with buckled tile. The work we performed in his unit is impossible to cause that. This owner also wanted to know how much I paid my employees and how many hours I worked in his unit. I politely told him its none of his business . Any further questions and speaking in our behalf can be done by The HOAManager who hired us. Please contact our office and ask for Curtis to verify and provide information on this misleading review

BAD service and ripoff alert

I do not recommend this company for water restoration, water cleanup, flood cleanup, or anything else.This company billed me 4 times what the quote was to do a similar job!! When the owner was asked for supporting information and documentation about why the bill was so high, he said that he did not have to share that information. I asked him how many hours were spent working and what was done, and he refused to answer.They also damaged my unit and did not get all the water out. The reason that we think they did not get all the water out is because we later had mold in our books and our tile buckled shortly after they left.Our experience with this company was horrible for many reasons including:they overcharged they would not explain the charges bad and rude customer servicedamage to propertyjob incompletebad attitudearrogant and attitude of indifference
