I arrived at closing time this evening. Joanna was pulling the barrier closed. My lack of time management planning was entirely my fault and not hers. However, as soon as she said, 'It's fine, how may I help you now', I knew I was going to have an exceptional customer service experience.

She is nothing short of 5 star + great at doing ideally what everybody who represents TCF Bank should strive to do to put customers at ease and generate lots of accountable, quantifiable, documentable, straight to your bottom line, goodwill profit, everytime and everyday she interacts with a customer.

Her very friendly, and some how even more professional and efficient handling of my end of our day checking deposit made my day as a, without bragging or complaining, 44 year fulltime sales career/Sales Director. She could not have handled things any better. I've thought about for the balance of my commute home.
