Great service at Sams Postal Exchange. Agree with Vinny, Sam is the nicest and most efficient guy there is when it comes to shipping packages and providing other mail and advertising services. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dont pay any attention to the 1 star review. Sam is as nice as they come. You cannot fault him for the shortcomings of UPS.

The guy who owns a place promised that my mail will be delivered overnight and on time And it was not. I called the place to find out what happened and the guy told me he spoke to UPS and the mail was found on a truck and that it has to be delivered by the end of the day or it's on-house. The mail was not delivered until the next day. So when I called to ask my money back, I was told that UPS has to return the money on his account first and after that he ll reimburse us the whole amount. He did say the whole amount. So guess what, 3 weeks later and after many phone calls he finally said I can pick the money up. When we went there, the guy charge us $8 for his services and returned 27.75 instead of $35.75. All I can say that the guy is not shy to lie from the beginning because of $8! So beware!!!
