Provided by YP.comIf you are a web customer....then beware. The service after the sale is non-existent. Had a strap break on my son's trombone...still under manufacturer warranty... they came back with "it was a demo, so there's no warranty". Funny the horn was wrapped completely in original packing...
The mfg says it is.
So only after I promised to start writing reviews of this encounter are they interested in helping...
Too little too late.
