This long journey has finally come to an end. I remember the first time I walked into a showroom. I was curious about modular homes which is why it was just a fun day walking thru the many model homes that are on their property. At the onset, I was just curious and didn't know if I wanted to sell the property after the hurricane or jump into putting up another house. I walked thru many of them more than once but this one just fit the bill. I remember asking Dale about the price and was excited when it became affordable. Then the journey began. Nearly all the issues came from the State of New Jersey with guidelines, requirements, codes, wind zones, flood and hurricane requirements, etc.

I am glad I kept pushing along. Stacey has been my rock thru this process. Dale has been kind and understanding thru times where I just kept questioning things over and over. If it weren't for them, and the entire office, I would have given up a long time ago.

The day my house was delivered, I could not believe it was mine. I imagined for many months what this would like. The team of people who set the house and finished the house were amazing. What a wonderful group of men to work with. I was in how of how things went. They were respectful to me when I had questions and went out of their way to answer whatever I wanted to know. I remember when Russ asked me if I wanted to climb up and walk thru MY house. I felt like a kid at Christmas. I still feel that way at times when I am there painting or moving things in.

This house is everything I dreamed it would be. It is perfect.

I am glad that Stacey and Dale have been the ones that walked me thru this process.

I look forward to the time that Stacey, Dale, Beth, or whomever will come and see the product of this process. Pictures give you an idea but seeing it for what it has turned out to be is another.

I thank you again for everything you have done. I will always refer anyone who is interested in seeing their homes.

Words can't express how grateful I am and thank you doesn't seem enough.

I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Ending this journey is both a sad and happy time. I had a dream and they are all an integral part of that dream coming to life.

My parents bought a home through Lebanon Valley homes. The maker of the home is Eagle River Homes. The two companies have got to the the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Believe me, I have dealt with some real losers. They have the worst customer service EVER! From the older woman who answers the phone, no names, who is so rude. Probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life on down to getting warranty work done. They continually pass the buck between the seller, the manufacturer and the contractors. No one takes responsibility for the shabby work that was done and then they have the nerve to be absolutely rude to you when you ask for them to hold up their end of the agreement. I am telling every one I know to NEVER deal with this company. EVER. You would be better off living in a cardboard box than to deal with these incompetent fools.
As a matter of fact, I did a review about both places (Lebanon Valley Homes and Eagle River Homes) and a post similar to this on their Facebook pages and they deleted them. Proof, that if they really were not about satisfying their customers, they would have contacted me to see what they could do to retain me as a customer or how they could remedy the problem after reading a poor review from a customer.
Buyer beware, don't ever deal with Lebanon Valley Homes or Eagle River Homes.
The room was not installed properly, all of the interior doors had to be replaced, the carpet was not installed properly, the furnace was broken, the Air conditioner was broken, the skirting was installed poorly. All is covered under warranty, however, they refused to fix it or they came up with excuses why they couldn't come out. Now the warranty is expired, they closed all open orders and claimed nothing has to be fixed. Even though we have it all on record via email that it needs to be done and various requests have been made for them to come out and repair the issues.

I have to give them a 5 because it seems only the unsatisfied customers have posted here. The company (yes Dale Jr. was the salesman) worked with my family for a long time and made a lot of design changes to work out the best ever layout for the double wide in North Crest Acres. I would say we were treated fairly and the home is satisfactory - it is after all, an inexpensive mobile home not a brick house. Also, a majority of the neighbors have the same experience. Another good point is that he takes meticulous care of the trailer park keeping the lawns neat and trimmed and the streets paved and promptly plowed.
