if u have problems with loud drunken non english speaking niebors that just dont have respect for other peoples rights to be able to sleep at midnight, or provide the inviroment for their kids or grandbabys to sleep dont excpect any help from the police department. they dont understand disturbing the pease law here in manatee county fl.but they will be quick to harass you for minding your own buissness. so what do u do when u cant count on your police department to particapate in what they all claim equal rights? whos rights? not the ones that earned them.
