While I wish I hadn't needed to call any service provider at all, the fact is that I don't know squat about back ups. When poop starts coming through your shower, you want quick solutions- Armstrong Bros. rescued us!

Let me put it for you simply....**LOOK ELSEWHERE!**

This company cuts corners and does not stand by their workmanship. I was told by the owner of the company himself that my issues with grout erosion & a rusty tub after ~ 4 months were solely caused by my improper use and refused to even acknowledge the issue. I do not understand how one can improperly take a shower; I guess possibly if they were bathing in corrosives. Nevertheless, I urge you to please take my advice and go with another company. There are multiple plumbing outfits in the area to choose from that will stand by their work and are in it to earn your trust for a lifetime. For instance, I used Peace of Mind Plumbing and was highly satisfied. Best of luck in your search!

Awful guys. Promised to finish a job and never returned. Stole my money! Talked to whoever runs this crooked joint and he said that it was "User error" and that I could re do the job myself if I had an issue with it. They also terrified my dog when they came into my home by screaming at it. I found him crying in the backroom where he had wet the floor.
