Extremely professional, nice person, knowledgeable & excellent response time & repair. I would call no one else. 5 stars are not enough to thank him.

I called them , the guy was very rude he scream on me calling late & asking questions ..
and hang on my face !!

Travis was fine with coming late around 830pm. Very friendly and overall great service and price.

I called TEC around 10pm because I heard a loud sound from my garage as soon as I closed my garage door. I thought it was just the steel cable that got loose. I spoke with Travis and he said he'll be at my house in half an hour. Sure enough he showed up at 10:30 pm. He was very polite and professional. It's amazing how jolly he was despite coming in late at night. He said he cannot say no to anybody who needed his help. It turned out the problem was the spring, it broke and needed to be changed. Travis was all ready with his tools and spares. By 11pm he was done. My husband came home 15mins after and was surprised how fast the service was. I will definitely use TEC on my next garage problem and will absolutely refer him to my friends. Good job and more power Travis!

Same day service is no joke with this company. Fast and very personable. I would use them again.
