B & D is the ONLY appliance repair service my family will call. Bob and his sons are honest, prompt, and affordable. I have never received anything but amazing service. Yesterday, I called B&D for my grandparents (who are in their 90's). I spoke with Bob at 12:55 pm - by 1:30 the washing machine was repaired and his son Jaime was leaving. My Grandfather had nothing but wonderful things to say about how the service was so efficient and affordable. I only call B&D for my personal repairs and I never hesitate to recommend them.

Bob (owner) fixed my dishwasher OVER THE PHONE. Now that's service. I'm glad I have their number as I own rental properties and plan to use no one else in the AV.

Arrived 15 min after calling, fixed washer in less than 30min and made a customer happy.

Unbelievable honesty. I had an issue with my Sears dryer. Even though his rates are less, he pointed me in the right directions to fix the issue at no charge. Wow.who does that today? So my dryer is fixed thanks to B&D and never used my wallet. Now I know why everybody calls them.

B & D CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY! Imagine that. Bob came out to fix my refrigerator/freezer on a Sunday morning, his only day off with his family. Bob did a fantastic job and my refrig was up and running in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend B & D Appliance Repair Service if you want fast, reliable service. Bob returned my call quickly and was at my house the very next day to repair my dryer. He had the right parts and was done in a flash. He also fixed the squeaky drum and replaced a light bulb. He was very personable, courteous and very knowledgeable. Having experienced other appliance repairmen with a variety of questionable skillsets, Bob is a gem. I would definitely call upon him again.

B&D are WONDERFUL! Bob was willing to take the time to help me with my oven over the phone - saving me money! This company will be my first choice for appliance issues from now on!

I am happy to write a review for B&D Appliance Repair. There service is unmatched in the A.V. and their prices are extremely reasonable. I have had both my oven and my refridgerator fixed by Bob and both times he was quick to fix the problem and gave me a very low price. Don't hesitate to call them if you are experiencing appliance problems.

I own a small business in the Antelope Valley. I am asked all the time by my customers about appliance repair and who would I trust to repair mine. Well for me thats a no brainer...B & D Appliance Repair of course. I have known the owner (Bob Meadows) for over twenty years. He is a very honest man and it shows with the customer loyalty that he has. In fact I use his business as a model for mine. Treat people the way you want to be treated and you will be successful. I highly recommend Bob and Jeff and also thank them for showing me how to be successful!!!

My refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing just before Thanksgiving. I read great reviews here on YP about B&D Appliance; called and left a Bob a message. He replied in a short while and arranged to come over right away. Bob is polite and professional. Very quick repair at a very reasonable price. I will call him whenever I need appliance work.

We have hired B & D Appliance for numerous repair jobs over the last few years and have been more than satisfied and pleased with quality of work, prompt service, and honest and very fair rates. When my washer wouldn't drain I called a manufacturer rep and they came out and told me I needed to buy a new washer. Then I called Bob at B&D and he fixed it perfectly for $50! We highly recommend this company!!!

A few years back, I found B&D by chance, on the internet. My washing machine stopped working. Bob came over very quickly after my call. He came all the way across town, spent over an hour thoroughly troubleshooting the problem. He finally said, "there's nothing wrong with your washing machine, it's just vapor lock, it will be just fine". The charge was far less than I had expected.



THEN, a year or two later, my mom was undergoing chemo, it was 105 degrees outside and my AC failed. I couldn't get anyone to come out- everyone was booked for weeks in advance. Remembering how honest Bob was, I called him in desperation and asked if he knew anyone n the AC business as honest as he is. He said yes and I had someone at my house in 45 minutes who also diagnosed in inexpensive problem and fixed it on the spot!



B&D appliance is not only fair priced and highly competent, Bob is a true asset to the community.

I have called Bob for two repairs...both times I get a call back in minutes and he is on the call within the hour. Leave him a message...he is worth the wait. He has fixed the fridge and the dryer in no time flat and his prices are the bomb! He is definitely the man to call for us!

I've been calling Bob out to fix my appliances for over 6 years now. A good friend told me to call him when my washer stopped working. I was very pleased with his service and price. Much less expensive than the company I used to call. It amazes me how quick he diagnosis the problem. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time. I highly recommend B&D to everyone I know!! There are very few companies that I totally trust & believe in. B&D Appliance is one of those companies! The first time I called Bob I was trying to fix my dryer myself. Every other company I called wouldn't help me but Bob told me what to look for, how to get to it, and how to test it. With his help I found the problem and went to him to buy the part. He saved me money instead of insisting he should come out & fix it. That's when he earned my respect! When my refrigerator broke down I called him and he was out within a couple hours and had it fixed in no time! He's one of the good guys and I'll always call him when I have an appliance problem.

I live in Orange County, so whenever I need repairs in my rental units in Lancaster, I look in the online yellow pages, since I don't get the Antelope Valley phone book. I saw B&D Appliance Service listing looked like it was close to my unit, so I called them. Bob picked up the phone on the first call. He was willing to call my tenant and make arrangements with her to get in when it worked with her schedule. The tenant & I thought the fridge would need a new door seal, but Bob said it only needed a door adjustment. He also cleaned off a condenser unit or something, and showed the tenant how to do it & recommended how often it should be done, so the fridge will run better, and more efficiently, saving her money on electricity.

The job was done within a day, & the price was quite reasonable (& I'm a stickler for that). I definitely recommend them, and will use them again when I need appliance service. Now I have my go-to people in AV for this kind of service! :)
